The South Carolina Oyster Restoration and Enhancement Program (SCORE) is a community-based habitat restoration and monitoring program of the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources. Latest News

New Opportunity for Charleston area schools/students

SCORE has received a grant to develop volunteer-friendly methods of sampling fish on oyster reefs.  All work is expected to take place at Fort Johnson Marine Lab.  There are MANY opportunities to get involved in this exciting project.  Individual students or pairs of students are welcome as are entire classes.  Email Nancy Hadley hadleyn@dnr.sc.gov or Michael Hodges hodgesm@dnr.sc.gov to get involved.
